Web Programmers

We need motivated and energetic developers who take initiative, enjoy finding solutions to a varying number of challenges, and are detail-oriented. Web programmers are vital to keeping websites and computer programs operating properly and are also responsible for helping to launch new programs to meet the needs of GoldCleats. Other duties include testing websites, providing support and performing maintenance tasks such as repairing bugs and errors.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to query end users to gather new or additional application requirements, and then discuss them with management to determine which features should be incorporated.
  • Must be ready to often create new or update existing web system design and workflow documents, and develop or enhance applications using a variety of languages, tools and techniques.
  • Must be able to command Common programming languages such as, C++, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL, JavaScript, Android and XML.
  • A 40-hour workweek is typical, although overtime may be required when preparing for a new release.

Local Representatives

The Heart of GoldCleats operations, Local representatives are responsible for managing all marketing and sales operations in their assigned geographic area. Local representatives may be assigned a country, state, and or city. The name stems from the fact that a local representative must be a native or demonstrate familiarity and connectivity with the target circles of the assigned geographic jurisdiction.

Requirements:

  • You are well versed in the world of soccer (football) and have a broad interest in developing communication and recruitment between the various actors in the industry.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You enjoy working with youth players, coaches, scouts, agents, and Teams.
  • You enjoy building new relations with specific target groups.

Marketing Officers & Coordinators:

Marketing coordinators are the nervous system of GoldCleats they play an essential role in communicating management's policy and decisions to local representatives. They coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns, track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases and prepare reports.

  • Planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.

Account managers:

At GoldCleats account managers are responsible for the management of the sales and relationship with our customers such as Teams, Coaches, Scouts and Agents. They are responsible for coordinating all activities between our sales and customer service team with our clients.

Content managers are responsible for creating and managing content on goldcleats.com and our social media accounts. We need creative content managers to create and update all content on our platforms as well as coordinate the introduction of new features with other departments.

  • Collecting, managing, and publishing information in any form or medium.
  • Product development- introducing new features and ideas.
  • Should have some familiarity with design and designing tools.
